Toba Tek Singh is a movie based on a short story of the same name by one of the greatest story-teller of the 20th century, Saadat Hasan Manto. The story follows inmates in a Lahore asylum some of who are to be transferred to India following the 1947 Partition. The story is a "powerful satire" on the relationship between India and Pakistan The movie begins with introduction by Khushwant Singh. The movie has a nice blend of a great story and good acting. This is a must watch movie especially for those who can understand Hindustani language.
